I accidently had to force this after having a terrible early losing too much hp and not hitting anything disco back line related, lux 3 + the disco ball is busted ended up first with probably wis lux, nashors, rb, archangels
Btw, the guardian augment (Heroic Presence) hard counters lux, as you hit all the shields at the same time and die to 'recoil'. I accidentally countered a 3 star lux like this.
Don't forget that first 2 rows positioning is possible if you know your opponents are in a particular corner. It lets her shoot across frontline units and hit multiple backline units SUPER EFFECTIVE. The 2nd row right pocket (where Void Vel'Kov used to go) is particularly powerful.

If you see bunch of yone/riven angle in the lobby, try to 2nd prio jax items and sample him whenever you are about to face those matchups, also 2nd frontrow lux opposite to riven/yone would sometimes hit them hard
I've OTP'd this comp since 13.24, all you got to do is front line your Lux either first row corner away from carry ( Yone/Riven), or second row corner if they have both carries on either side. This works 70% of the time.
EDM lux is better but sometimes you are forced to take Dazzler Lux because of Econ/tempo of the lobby is high. In that case try to play around 4 dazzler 4 EDM

Meta changes fast and knowing any given comp isn't some magic secret to free LP. At the end of the day, fundamentals are the main thing determining your rank over time. Minor tech like second row Lux in one specific comp for some specific circumstances is far from being the differentiating factor between you and a Challenger player. Don't get distracted by all the noise.
Why do you write there that Lux is uncontestet? Thats definetely not true. I see her in every second lobby. People go Discos or need her for EDM Jax / Zed. I tried that comp alot but i cant win with her. Or better rarerly. Bcs people tryhard highroll ezreal comp and they need Zed and Zac so i cant find Zac and Zed for lux. The other problem is, i cant hit 3* Lux. So i stopped force that comp.
I don’t have luck with Lux unless I can play double Lux cause I have an augment with a clone or twin terror ☹️ besides that she gets beat by everything
really? I have been diamond three mose of the patch and haven't really seen it much. It was good at the start of the set sure, but it got considerably weaker and is only good again due to the comps it counters so I am suprised you saw it much in the previous patch.
Got Lux edm choosen at 6 Got 3 more lux's at 7 Missing heal bc she aint killing enough Rollin at 7 with 50 gold Still missing 1 Lux when noone is buying her Dead before creeps skill issue ig
Be aware that if there is too many disco players and they run lux they can make it harder for you to hit 3 star lux, so don't slow roll for her. I had games where i got 2 star jax but no 3 star lux because of this. Illaoi tentacles are a hard counter to this comp.
Im only platinum but i think if you get lucky, the razzle dazzle augment is very good with dazzler EDM Disco combo Nice to see this video, after getting two first places with it today You definitely need 3* Lux

I've heard you can get away with Dazzler Lux but I've personally only seen EDM lux seal the deal
Only comp this struggles with is riven or yone carries. Not impossible but real hard when they go to the backline
Matchup is pretty much impossible unless they get perma cced by Zac somehow.
If you have training dummies or illaoi tentacles, line them up vertically in front of Lux, so they can't dash to backline

She was put in 2nd row because the go to was sampling Jax. In this comp you sample her in lots of match ups.

Would building AP on zed do more damage with lux ult? Or are you just suppose to build him AD??
AD items. It’s actually a good thing because sometimes you get forced into random AD items from carousels and anvils
@@FrodanTV AP does work on him if you EDM lux tho coz he's gonna do more dmg with lux's ability. not to say it's prefered, but he can use it
