I seriously hope this is released for VST3 so I can also use this with Nuendo. Looks like a great time-saving tool!
Yes I agree, Shy would they make this a Pro Tools only plugin
Only protools? Really?
soon in RX8, I presume...
I never use Pro Tools so I guess all of the other DAW users are out and I almost purchase this software.
Yeah I want Reaper.
I have a feeling this is going to be a more "not getting it to work" in normal setting because bad recording, iPhone ADR. etc.
The EQ match might come in handy, but I have a feeling it is a bit more on the gimmick side of things.
EQ match is the one thing that everyone goes too. There was the magic one, that worked sometimes, Fabfilter which worked and sometimes didn't, RX EQ match same thing.
Most of the time, it gets close then you have to adjust or I run into a 2nd EQ to dial in closer.
Doesn't account for Actors who don't want to do their lines. Or only have 10 minutes to do 10 cues. Or just suck at ADR.
Still doesn't seem to adjust for pitch. Which is the one thing that is always an issue. Inflections get wrong or because they are on the stage, they are more throaty and tight and their pitch goes up.
Or they can't emote the same inflection.
Definitely more for when you have good ADR. Doesn't account for location, iPhone, ADR studios that don't really do ADR etc.
When in the perfect condition, I'm sure it works. Though I'm not crazy about having my reverb tied to my ADR track. There is always one producer who hears something, then you have to go back to the beginning and do it again, so there reverb is likely not going to be used.
you know wassup

@@43Joz What do you mean? I got it just because they were offering the PS4 for a 199 dollar upgrade from 3, and it came with those reverbs so it was a no brainer. I would like to see more intelligent noise reduction though.
That is a long movie. 17 hours in. Wow! ;)
Who matches the audio from the boom mics to the film? Is that just the sound editor or film editor themselves?
I just bought this plugin and I can't wait to master it. However one confusing thing is that after I capture both location dialogue and ADR, the suggested DSP settings are super reverby! When the location audio was actually quite crisp and dry. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.
Hi, having the same issue, have you managed to figure it out?
Ok, now after one year is it still only for pro tools?
Pro Tools only? #Boo #Hiss
Can this even be implemented for VST3 ? I'm thinking this may be a better fit for the ARA2 plugin standard.
what a terrible piece of nerve wrecking example dialogue have you chosen? My cat is under the sofa now.
Instant headache.
Never worked in movies before, eh? It was a great clip because she had some weird room verb going on, probably reflections on that table in front of her.
Go Polaris Studio apparently you are an absolute tosser
