How many days before pitching a game should this be done ? I imagine some kids might be sore after these exercises...

Do you think a 12 player should do this 20-30 mins per day? Or longer.....
10-15 is sufficient time if you’re working hard!!!

I don't feel squats in my butt at all! The only time Ive ever felt my butt muscles being used is when I push my daughter on something
