I'm moving to the UK from Dublin soon - and will be working in Central London - most of the houses are the same as Dublin - I have a question and would be super helpful if you can answer that? I'm looking for areas that have a single stop connectivity to Holborn via Tube/any other mode, what areas would you recommend? Budget for a room - 800ppm? I'm okay w/ travelling for longer durations on public trans provided it's just one mode of transport (apologies if the ask is too specific) Key concerns - Safety, convenience, community (in that order)

In Spain, it’s 1 month rent and 21% IVA (tax).

Only two schools nearby . Good and outstanding schools both are fine as rating's change once in 3 years so could be stale in some cases.
What a shite.!!!!This all use to be a dirt track now it's full of these shoddy cheaply constructed high rise building.
