AWESOME, im a bamboo Farmer in Georgia USA. I love your setbup. Got Japanese Gaint Bamboo out here an im interested in more details on the preserve of the bamboo. I have enough out herevto building a home. Waiting for 1 contractor to do foundation, an inner wallls. I guess you call it double walled homes.

Treatment mixture can be reused and keep adding boric when it dilutes.

Hi, I was wondering: What would be substitute for Borax if unavailable to make a treatment against mold/insects? Would baking soda achieve the similar effect?
A nice ratio :Boric 4%+Borax 6% + Water 90% totall 100%. Don't use salt, because it will rust the metal wires, neils and screws.
How long does it last???under boric powder solution
About 5-7 days in normal temperature. About 3-4 hours in boiling treatment mixture.
