I still can't connect to the first router after setting IP. It's not detected in the neighbor list. I can't ping it and I can't connect via MAC either. What could be wrong?

Hi, are you sure you set the Cloud's server as your GNS3 VM?

i had these issue but as soon as i changed the interface both on the command and the router connected to the cloud to ether2 it is fixed

I was able to fix it, when I add a cloud not to GNS3VM, instead using my PC. Then I was able to see all my network adapters and choose the Loopback adapter. After that, it worked with IP as well.
