This is also possible in django, but will require addtional configurations as much as i know. But with FastAPI it is inbuilt which is actually good. Also with regular django to write good and efficient API we need to install another app. Fastapi is pretty efficient and lightweight compared to django. So if you need to make full fledged website django is better.
