@@richbinsacca7402 Because middle zoning is banned, there’s not enough middle zoning housings like mid rise, mid-to-high rise. I was hoping if more of those middle zoning housings are built and US loosened the strict zoning laws and allow “middle zoning”, we can reduce the amount of single family housing that are built.

They're definitely in the mix, and data shows an increase in multigenerational households, and not just since the pandemic started.
