What Kevin says about not having to do a punk rock/ska sound, to do a song and see how it winds up, thats a great thing for a band. As a fan it shows maturity when a band can still grow, while still staying identifiable. I absolutely love everything this band has ever released. I hope they'll be around a long, long time :)
