These ladies definitely deserve their place in music hall of fame because after all these years, they are still a class act all the way and treat each other with respect, not shade. I truly agree, or at least do a movie about them. It's great to see all 4 on one stage together. Jeanette, Giola, Kelly, and Ann still looking and sounding good to this day
Many have and they stated that Kelly will perform with them at special events and she was made an honorable member meaning that she will fill in for any of the members who aren't able to perform.
Good to see Jeannette , haven’t in years wonder if still in Miami or back home in LA , went to HS with her actually at “ the Ranch “ she was talented then - Choirleer , Actress actually acted in a production with her . She looks good after 37 years
Actually the original girls were all replaced. The Line-up with Gioia, Jeanette, and Annie, and then recent addition Kelly is the most successful. Alé, Sandeé, and Laurie was the original line-up.
Kelly came into the group after Gioia began having throat problems-later linked to a benign tumor on her vocal cords-which caused the group to cut the tour short. The group took time off from their schedule in hopes that she would recover. Ultimately, she lost her voice, and could not sing at all for several years-she also had to keep talking to a minimum. Kelly came in to replace her in 1992.
