In a industrial,civilized,modern democracy,there are literally thousands of social programs designed specifically to help these ppl.THey dont want it. Beggars,squatters have no legitimate ground to stand on in modern democracies.In Ghana,Uganda,yes,they may have no other choice.But i assure you,they woudnt dare do that there.There are no legitimate beggars in modern democracies and no legitimate squatters.They go there because they want to,not because they have to.Lets not pretend otherwise.
Same could be said about travelers. The genuine ones are ok but then you get the theiving stealing leave the place in a shit hole and trash where ever they go travelers they need sorting out

I fucking hate this law, if we had proper laws to stifle illegals and helped more of UKs homeless there would be a massive cut back on instances like these. It's like the law was put in place and upheld because the government can't be arsed to help the homeless.
