Hell yeah I've been in many mosh pits! It's not as brutal as they look. Especially if everyone plays by the rules of the pit. Rule 1) No punching, kicking or hitting. Rule 2) No liquid's like beer, water or any drinks allowed because it creates a slippery unsafe floor. And finally the most important rule, Rule 3) If you see someone fall down, pick them up
so is there a things betwen pogo and mosh pit in english language that i don't get ? I'm french and what you just describe, we call it a "pogo"

Those violent mosh pits are not supposed to happen. People break the rules sometimes. Mosh pit and pogo are the same thing

I have been in more Hatebreed mosh pits than most people will ever be in mosh pits. Extremely respectful in there. And that goes with all metal bands. People are throwing you back up to your feet quicker than you go down.
Hatebreed is basically Tony Robbin’s via hardcore. Love it!

EVERYTHING HATEBREED MUST BE LISTENED TO!!! This band is so much more than their music. The message, the blood pumping bass, the marching drums and the face smashing guitars and the way it’s composed deserves to be listened to in it’s musical entirety
People have been sleeping on Hatebreed for far too long. They are geniuses in their musical simplistic approach, but their lyrics are deep and profound. I was fortunate to catch them live with Megadeth, Lamb of God and Trivium. Yes mosh pits are dope AF. It's not as bad as it looks. You just need cardio/stamina and to not be small is helpful.

The pits are crazy. I've seen hatebreed probably 20 or more times and I said to my son the first time he went it was so packed. I said it one point you could probably pick your feet up and not hit the ground

Mosh pits are meant to be a place to physically get out negative energy in a positive way. I've been in a bunch of them, always felt safe and walked away with fist bumps and positive energy.

Never been in a mosh pit bro, but I’ve witnessed a few at a concert and they look brutal. What you done see much on RUclips is turf flying through the air and people slipping if it had rained the previous day; all in all, brutal but kinda fun to watch in person.
I had my arm broke in the pit. I stayed and finished the show thanks to alcohol numbing the pain. Went to the ER next day 🤣
Iv been in a ton of mosh pits and I’ll tell you this, the biggest danger isn’t getting hit, it’s getting dehydrated. No joke, the bigger the show the harder it is to get out of the middle and the longer your in it with all that body heat and carbon dioxide, Iv gotten crazy light headed.

Hardcore mosh pits are different from metal mosh pits. In metal mosh pits, they dont actually mosh but push and jump around each other. In hardcore mosh pits, we're swinging our fists, spin kicking, cartwheels, all types of insane "karate" stuff. Everyone telling you there are "no punching or kicking" rules are lying or ignorant.
Dont want to swing fists in the pit or you will get destroyed its all about controlled rage

Megadeth is what you’re referencing, symphony of destruction, and they’re the most successful failure of metal, and I love them.
Real mosh pits are ones you will both be happy to die in, and nobody will let you. Welcome to metal.
