Una de las mejores series de TV en blanco y negro que he visto , cuando recien llego la TV a Chile y que veia en televisor Westinghouse.Maravilloso recuerdo con Efrein Zimbalist Jr. Ojala diera capitulos en español.
I would like to know if you can get more full episodes of 77 Sunset Strip. It was my favorite when I was a little girl and I loved the theme song and Kookie. Please, please, please!
Love seeing this clip with the late Peter (Nick Barkley) Breck & Jeanne Cooper (from the Young & Restless). A great scene - love that bitch slap, too :D
Were you looking for the address or the building? The building was real but it's long gone. 40 years ago, there was a movie theater where Dino's was and I used to go there and watch Rocky Horror Picture Show. The cross street to the left in the intro is La Cienega. There's a big high rise there now.
That structure is still there, or was, when I last visited in the late 2000’s, early 2010’s. Bu the haven’t been back since. I moved out of California as well. At least I got to see the remnants because now I will NEVER RETURN.
We also almost got Nuked by Russia over Cuba, Nam was getting out of control, cars did not even have Seat belts, an ambulance was only a empty station wagon, we all did not have money even if you were blond with blue eyes, kids could be forced to have a Lobotomy just because of mean people that hated kids, and on and on and on.
None better to play the 'Heavy' role than Peter "Nick 'The hot-headed-hair-trigger' Barkley'' Breck, I always say...Or, if I may put it another way, in the form of a simple 'Yes or No' question: "Was the correct decision made to select Peter 'Nick Barkley' Breck, who played the 'Heavy' in this week's episode?
Real life private detectives have all kinds of operatives working for them. Like all employers they are responsible for what their employees or subcontractors do.
That is what I remember the most about 1959, hope for a better future and the assumed thought that the tomorrow was going to be better than today. Always bigger and better, not like now where it is less and smaller in the future. May be kids of the future will be all living in tar paper shacks, like a lot of the world already does. Glad I won't see it.
I've got more years behind me than ahead, I don't envy the generations behind me, in fact, I feel sorry for them and their futures. The world is so f**ked up at this point in time that I am, in a strange way, looking forward to the Grim Reaper knocking on my door.
By the time Warner Bros releases this to DVD, those of us who watched and loved it will be dead.
LOL, the series release legalities to DVD hopefully will be rectified before it comes to that-
77 sunset strip brings memories back hope 2 see more!!!!
Great show
the old back hand slap.

The essence of cool.
Indubitably ☺️

@@GLBizzie Corbin Bernsen's mother, right?
The First time I went to LA I spent most of a day looking for 77 Sunset Strip: It doesn't exist.

@William1Rabe, that "tough babe" is actress Jeanne Cooper, mother of actor Corbin Bernsen.
Ah... the attitude!
Needs to be back on TV !!
Cable network ME-TV PLUS shows 2 episodes every Sunday night. And two of Hawaiian Eye as well.
I have such a ginormous crush on Efrem Zimbalist Jr!
I had one on Stephanie.

RIP Peter Breck
Was great🤣

If you are a "private eye", outsourcing may be a very bad idea.

THEN what happened??
They could be 2 negatives too.
Not back then.

The show started in 1958, not '59.
The Catholic Church did away with the Latin Mass and western society came down with it.

2:40 recall days when we also blew smoke all over people and not one complaint..!!
I dunno just brings be back to the 60's when we all had money and REAL hope and change
1958 actually.
The world by its tail... our oyster
I was soo young😂
My son lives on Sunset Strip in LA. Doesn’t have 77.✌️
The Beatles were on the way … to save us!
I preferred “Highway Patrol” with Broderick Crawford.
Why will Warner Bros. not release this whole series from 1958-64 for syndication? They could make millions!!
I just wanna say " Hey daddy O "
Where is part 2 ?
English for me...
Ok.......where is the follow up ? What happens next ?
don't waste your time, these are all just clips, not episodes as listed.
Its obvious from the time run
That movie clip in beginning is in Hollywood ?
John Steelman ...looks like it's Sunset Blvd west of Fairfax
@@babygretz5 It's Sunset & La Cienega.
Police drama
