      If you want to become a teacher at a german elementary/middle/highschool, you need to speak german without any language barrier.
      In the next couple of years, we will need many teachers in Germany and the salary is quite good; depends on which school-form you are teaching at (elementary-school-teacher get paid less then highschool-teachers; average is 2500-5000€;
      another point, which defines your salary is: If you have got a contract with the school, or if you've got a contract with the gouvernment; if you got a contract with the school you get paid less and you are able to loose your job if they don't offer you a new contract after the summerholidays for the next schoolyear; instead, if you got a contract with the gouvernment (which is realy rare these days!), they pay you a fix salary, they care about your insurance, and you can't loose your job (but on the other hand side you can't quit your job, the gouvernment tells you where you have to move within the country, your salary won't increase fast (as it could if you would work on a contract basis with a school) and last but not least you are not anymore part of the system of free-economics, once signed you work your whole life for the state --> gouvernment contract: less risk (more safety for family and life, better salary) less freedom.)
      What you have to do to become a teacher in Germany: If you want to teach at a elementary/middle school, you can attend a course of study in padagogik at the "university of pedagogics and applied sciences in education (Heidelberg)" or if you want to have the chance to teach at any school-form, you need to attend a special subject course of study (example mathematics and physics for education; or if you want to teach at a specialist school, example: a highschool of business education; you need to study business & economics pedagogics ("Wirtschaftspädagogik" at the university of Mannheim/Frankfurt/Munich etc. for example)), you have to study 6 years and finsih with the "german stateexam" or a masters-degree (every examination in german, of course), after you've finished the course of study, you teach for 1-2 year(s) under supervision, "referendariat" we call this, before you teach a schoolclass on your own.
      --> to become a teacher is hard work, and takes much afford! but once you've finished after 6-8 years all in all, it will pay your bills a whole life (but you won't get rich!)
      Checkout: "Lehramtstudium in Deutschland"
      Courses of study: Deutsch-, Englisch-, Mathematik-, Physik-, Biologie-, auf Lehramt studieren.
      Important: You need to study 2 subjects!!! the reason why mathematic teachers are often physic teachers too and english teachers often are german teachers.
      And there is another way to become a teacher: Study any subject "normaly" (example mathematics and physics), both in a master of scince course, attend a few month pedagogics course and you are ready to teach.
      --> a master of scince in a special subject is valued higher then a course in education.
      The best you can do is: become the best in 1 or 2 fields of study, become a doctor in it (--> phd.) and start teaching afterwards you've got the highest education in a subject you probably can, they will let you teach at a school you want.
      (because the problem we got faced in GER is: the medium/worse highschool students are most of the time, attendinh education courses at the university, because studying a subject related to education is easier then to study the subject itself in a Master of Science--> they just have 50% of the top knowledge and these 50% start teaching children --> when these children dropout, they start already with just 50% that's the reason, why our education in Germany gets worse...
      (and not many of the best in a subject with a phd. want to become teachers, because in the free-economics they get paid 300% better then as a teacher).
      --> become the best in what you do, give courses at the university to teach adults new things--> learn how to teach and after you've finisehd with a phd. and worked a few years in the free economic, try to become a teacher and they will welcome you with open arms!
      Kind regards from GER

I like meeting up new people, interacting . I am confident enough to speak up in a crowd and present confidently and I felt such sort of work appeals me. 1.What is the minimum language requirement for an English taught MBA program in Germany ?
    2. Low Class 12th marks affect your application irrespective of high grades in graduation and 700+score in GMAT?
    3. Are there any programs which give admission without Work experience like 2+2 program in harvard university and YLP of ISB, hyderabad?
    I hope you will answer my question and clear my doubts.

    • @MBACrystalBall

      Hi Himanshu, responses below:
      1. Scoring above 100 in TOEFL should be good.
      2. 12th marks aren't relevant.
      3. There may be plenty of MBA programs in Germany that skip the work experience requirement, but we'd urge you to exercise caution with them. There's a reason why all the good MBA prorgams across the world insist on several years of experience. Be patient and build your profile before considering an international degree.

      Some longer duration programs (in USA) offer the opportunity to work for 20 hrs per week. The income is not much, but enough to pay for some living expenses. But for rigorous, top-ranking programs it is very difficult to take on any work outside academics.

    Thanks for the guidance.
    Please help me with this questions :-
    What are the chances of getting into university of mannheim,Frankfurt, ESMT with gmat score of 640.
    (Am having 4 years of work experience. The main issue is having 6 backlogs in engineering , will this allow me to get into good bschool in Germany?)
    If not Germany what other countries will be okay with this backlog ?
    I want to do MBA in IB if backlogs are being a barrier should I go for MIB from Ireland what are the job opportunities there ?
    As I have heard people are coming back from Ireland because it only offer jobs to technical person.

    • @MBACrystalBall
      @MBACrystalBall  4 года назад

      There are no specific countries for candidates with backlogs. As a general rule, the top schools will have a lower threshold for such factors, as they get a large number of strong applicants vying for a small number of places. The lower you go in the MBA rankings, the more flexible schools get, in terms of overlooking certain profile flaws. A high GMAT score, good performance in external courses, strong professional experience and impressive accomplishments can be helpful in convincing Adcoms that you're ready to get back into the class. And more importantly, you'll not face the same challenges that you did during undergrad. Job opportunities would be a completely different story. Your pre-masters experience, networking skills, fit with the new role would all matter.

So on the basis of these things can I get a full time job in Germany, after I complete my graduation?.... So that i work for a while then study in Germany or maybe some other countries wherever I wish too....
      Is that much experience enough to get a full time job in country outside India after completing my bachelor's degree in English honours?

    Sir as you have said in the video that an MBA degree in government
    universities is free of cost then again why are you giving the fee
    details of the programmes from
    each university.

    • @MBACrystalBall
      @MBACrystalBall  5 лет назад

      As mentioned in the video, several (not all) public universities offer tuition free courses. However they don't figure in the top ranking programs. We've listed only the top ones and all of them charge a fee. Hope that clarifies.

      You may find several universities that offer free MBA in Germany, but be aware that these are not top-ranking ones (like those we've listed in this video). So their market value may not be the same.
