From being the guy we kind of laughed at on soccer AM to becoming an inspiration to myself and so many more ! There's loads of us out there that find life a massive challenge , some like myself through mental health then STUPID decisions others through no fault of their own . Hearing guys like tubes opening up , made me realise I wasn't on my own ! I think my kids would give the guy a huge hug as he's one of the reasons they still have a daddy !!!! We will all get there , takes time and descent people around us ✌️🏴
Great to see Tim on golf life, a lot of nostalgia from the soccer am days. Scandalous it was taken off the air. The new pod with Helen sounds like it’s going to be a winner. Great video from the boys again

Waking up and watching Soccer AM and when that weeks episode finished you headed out for your Saturday game with the team you played for. Absolutely brilliant days back then.
Used to be out on the Friday night, stay up and watch Soccer AM, straight to the cafe for a fry up and then off to the footy for the 3pm kick off. Then out all night. Great days but I couldn't do it anymore!

Totally agree with what you both said about addiction. My big brother has been going through the same going, and men never talk to each other. But 3 weeks ago we sat down and spoke and now he getting help , he's looking and feeling like my big brother again.

Very interesting bloke is Tim. For someone who's hardly played all year he hit some cracking shots. Loved the banter and also the serious stuff...some really valuable words about values and recognising that we just have to get on and deal with whatever the situation is. Wonderful video.

Awesome guys, Soccer am has gone down in English folk law, so happy that I was a teen in the years it was on (great age). Lovejoy was just the man, the way he was with the guest and the girls, a legend in my eyes. Fenners as the Manc (who is and who isn't), just absolute hilarity. Pleased your both healthy and I'll be tuning in to the pod.
Great to see you both back together, nothing has come close to replacing soccer AM, Saturday mornings just arent the same. Not sure who owns the rights, but must be a channel that would get it back on air.

Saturday morning’s never been the same again since soccer am retired. Stuck with Saturday morning food shows now. !!! Soccer am used to get us ready to travel or walk to watch a game. For me non league Worcester City or premier league villa park.

Lads, when Soccer AM came out, I couldn't afford it, life in the mid 90's, and all that. My family just got by, Ireland in those days when SKY was beginning to come alive.

Tim is spot on the gap between fans and players is at a level that's purely down to clubs protecting player and club brand rathe than letting them be human
You can tell Tubes has crazy respect for Tim, I don’t think he was the easiest guy to work for but he was the best. Soccer AM was a legendary show
Tubes FYI because I know its not a comp and a bit of fun, you can't put the ball in the whole and then take a shot in a scramble, if you tap it in it counts, mark it then let your partner play, if you put the ball in first for 5 then he holes for 4 then its the 5 that counts, be patient, you can't pop it in so you know you have a par.....great video as ever.
