The creativity for combos in Tekken Tag 2 was incredible and so was the play style with its bounds and the number of playable characters was enormous. It was above its time and an ultra fan based game. For me the best.
@@harpot678universal sidestepping was introduced in Tekken 3. Heihachi was the only character that could side step in Tekken 1 and he and kazuya could sidestep in Tekken 2.
Tekken 6 for me because I used to own it but don’t have the game anymore because my little brother stole it from me and gave it to his friends and I’m still pissed about it.

for me tt2 in terms of gameplay, iconicnes, sound effects: punches, kicks, and explosions feels so real and alive, send down shivers down my spine till this day, and of course the graphics, some say its not good but ill say its very satisfying, its not too realistic and its not too bad, and the iconic characters aswell

I want to play tekken 2 because of devil the first time i saw him in arcade i want to play tekken 2 and my class mate has a tape of tekken 2 original but devil is not there and i felt a bit ackward because altough i saw tekken 2 its tekken 3 i played first and after i exlerience tekken 3 jump against tekken 2 i felt ackward. So for me tekken3 is the real revolutionary of them all.

Tekken 7 had the worst story. The best were Tekken 2, 3, 4, and 5. But Tekken 8 arguably surpassed them by now and will get better when Heihachi returns.

I only ever played "Devil Within" mode in tekken 5 😅
The disc was bugged, so 1v1 mode didn't work. We could only play story mode. Worth every second.
