- Our Lemon Vanilla Crinkle Cookies are light and fluffy on the inside, sweet and crunchy on the outside, and is bursting with lemon and vanilla flavor that is all dressed up in pretty pastel colors.
INGREDIENTS
•½ cup Butter (softened)
•1 cup Granulated Sugar
•2 Eggs
•2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
•2 teaspoons Vanilla Powder or Vanilla Extract
•1 teaspoon Baking Powder
•2 cups All-Purpose Flour
•3 drops each Liquid Food Color - Red, Blue, Yellow, Green
•½-1 cup Powdered Sugar (to roll the cookie dough in)

This crinkles recipe is delicious! I have tried 3 other recipes before and this one was the best. Question: what is the best way to store the crinkles once its baked? I noticed the crinkles became too hard when left out after 2 days.
Put it in a jar container and add a slice of bread 🍞 before closing the lid. It keeps the cookie from being rock hard and retain the yummy texture for weeks.
