In an alternate universe, Aqua postponed the graduation indefinitely due to Pekora letting the intrusive thoughts win. Pekora got terminated from Holo because she actually did interrupt Aqua's graduation live with the cardboard sign while singing and dancing Yamazaki Ichiban.
Only her members stream vods were removed for graduation. Sure, there are a ton missing from the rights issues from a few years back, but they never had a chance of coming back. Everything else is still there.
@@Hocotatium111Those old ones are privated right? As for member syreams, people would save them so as long as atleast one person out there has them stored somewherevtheyre not really lost
@@Hocotatium111 its why soo many people archived it in some other websites or archive channels in cause they Removed it for whatever reason. internet NEVER FORGETS no matter how much they Deleted their videos or Privated it.
@@vallejomach6721 Are all those 600 vids members streams? I knoe a lot of old stuff is missing from the old days, but man, its depressing that its that much. Hololives probably has thousands of vids privated abd deleted, and it pisses me off cuz these are peoples happy memories, and a unique era of Hololive before they really exploded. They're history!
Plot twist: On April Fools, Pekora will announce that she’s graduating, then at her farewell concert, the entire team will interrupt her with cardboard signs, and the concert will conclude with everyone (Pekora included) singing Yamazaki Ichiban. Oh, and the “best memories with Pekora” interview section would just be everyone roasting her about her funniest failures & most annoying habits.
She can't really say it, but be grateful for what you get with a graduation. Lots of warning, a proper sendoff, archives remain forever, etc. There's so much worse in the Vtuber world.
If anything Hololive must be grateful too. More traumatic or sudden graduations, or terminations of any kind, feature significantly more fan abandonment.
True, there's much, much worse. Even worse things than what you just described. I can think of two indies who passed away recently. But there's also better. The entire concept of graduating is a little strange. It's really just quitting your job and leaving your identity behind. I started watching streamers in 2010 and most of the people I watched back then still stream today, 2000 hours a year, even if they're married with kids. When people talk about Aqua "achieving so much" and "moving on to other things," it's incredibly bittersweet to me because, even if it might sound selfish, I really just want to watch cute girls doing cute things and seeing them get burned out and bogged down by "homework" is frustrating. If Aqua hadn't achieved so many things, would she still be here? Do these girls get killed by success? There's so many vtubers who debuted before her who have no intention of quitting anytime soon. These corporations do a lot for these girls, but then they take them away from me. I'd give up two sololives and a visual novel for 400 more hours of zatsudan, honestly. But she has to do what's best for her...
I have mixed feeling right now. In a way, I want that Pekora did that to interrupt Aqua's graduation, but in another way, we will lose her and it's a big no too. 😅
You know, I';ve been thinking about Aqua's channel. Repeats are popular. For instance Mr Bean had only 14 episodes, and those things are on constant repeat. So, why not just repost Aqua's livestreams again, from beginning to end? Or maybe do a edited version of each livestream from beginning to end, or maybe just turn the channel into the official aqua clip channel? There's six years of content, who cares if it's repeats, I bet fans would be more likely to watch if it's reposted, rather than if nothing is done with it.

Wise words from Pekora
The Yamasaki quitting gag was always one of my favorites. I love Gaki references in Hololive.
Pekora intrusive thoughts lmao 😂
Thank you pekora... I'm better now.
I didn't choose wrong oshi❤
She spittin tho no cap this rabbit is spittin fax
More of a pity now that there's still around 600 videos missing from Aqua's channel.

The day Pekora retires is the day the International Criminal Court finally puts her behind bars for her war crimes lol.
They'll never catch her.
I wish the put some gimmick like this for graduations.
That the day i stop watching vtuber😢
I genuinely think that Pekora's graduation would be vtube's doomsday.

Having a proper sendoff and archived content is probably the best way a vtuber can graduate. Without those they would be essentially lost to time.

I mean you can just watch it back from the beginning if you'd intend to do that anyway.
Because then they'd have to monetize it? You know that'll just appear scummy to her fans.
Where can i play this game?
