Just imagining the Guys using a heavy swords, club & other insane weapon on battle fields.. these exercises looks very much inspired by the battle moves that won hand to hand combats & those with mid range weapons. The fact that they allow flexibility of the body Makes these truly better of speaking to one's body. Come to Mysore during Dasara or Navaratri festivals wrestlers from all over karnataka or atleast during the reign of the Maharaja from all over India took part in competitions. The highlights were Vajra Mushti Kalaga.. come visit many of our Akhara a.k.a Garadi mane
I'm just getting into using clubs and I really appreciate your videos, they open up a whole world of techniques, and they demonstrate the wide range of clubs used in the sport. Thank you for posting them!
My great Grandfather was a Subedar (an Army rank) for Maharaja Hari Singh of Kashmir...... We have old crude B&W photos of him and his team with these Clubs..... Alas my own grandfather was not into any such training.
Thank you ver much for videos. For the last several years I have been training with clubs and gada not excluding weights and I suppose that using clubs even heavy is better then heavy weights when your age is growing. Good luck and be healthy.
Just started picking up the clubs, love it, i just find some of the moves quite difficult to execute, would be great if you could make videos showing the moves step by step thanks
Hi Paul thank you for your message! Indian clubs is something I recently discovered. I'm impressed and very enlightened by this kind of training. I am really looking forward in making it a part of my lifestyle as I am sure it is for you. I am investigating on the matter and well I am open minded to any suggestions you might have for me as a beginner. I live in Montreal, Canada and well I am looking online were I could find some good equipment. So again it would be great to get your counsel on the matter wether there is a brand or manufacturer to consider. Thanks again for your time and keep up the good videos ! Axel

Will club swinging have strength transference to lifting dumbells and/or barbells? Despite clubs weighing significantly lighter than the typical barbell lifts, guys who swing clubs seem to be pretty bulky, sometimes even more so than your typical barbell lifter. How is this so?

I have one dought clubbells create any injury now only I start used some pain in shoulder & neck it's common for beginner or some problem
If its joint pain then u must be performing wrong , if muscle pain then its fine .
what size weights are you using here?
+Jay Day A huge variety, too many to list.
