Euros have been so disappointing lately. Most of the “top” teams are playing terribly. There is no beautiful football, full of defensive tactics that makes the game boring. No dribbles, no individual talent. Felt like I was watching robots for most games.

@@NoahBall08 I agree regarding Spain and Germany. They are the best two teams by far. Regarding the rest, Portugal is also not playing well. Italy was horrendous. Netherland was super poor in all their games except against Romania. I really enjoyed watching the “low/mid” teams though, they show a lot more passion than the rest. It is still disappointing though when the “big” teams can’t seem to get a shot on target for 90mins.

He was playing volley ball against the Netherlands and never got a booking, after I saw that I knew what FIFA was doing for this prolific choker. Didn't you see how long it took for VAR to review Ecuador's goal last night? I could swear they were thoroughly flipping through the pages of the rule book to find any reason to disallow the goal, it was clear as day that he never interfered with the keeper, I've never seen such a long review for such an obvious goal, football has always been corrupted in south America regardless but damn. Messi is hands down the greatest ever, but it saddens me to see how so many of his accomplishments are controversial dating back to their UCL fixture face Chelsea, this past World cup and this bracket I'm looking at in the Copa America with potentially playing the same team twice in the semi finals after already having them in their group when the tournament only held 4 groups is ridiculous. Shameless for anyone who can't see how obvious this garbage, they're killing the game. Everyone knows Argentina doesn't even play football, they just grind out wins because they know the calls will go their way at the end, just keep the games close and it's theirs.
I really hope Canada passes to the semi finals of Copa America, but I know for sure it'll be a tough match against Venezuela, and even if Canada passes to the semi final, they're gonna have to face Argentina again, which definitely sucks since we lost to them 2-0 in the group stage matches! 🙂👍😂✌️
Colombia is performing very well. Against Brazil they almost won at the 86th minute but Borre just failed to push the ball. I think they will beat either Uruguay or Brazil imo. Gotta see their performance against Panama though
Canada is so hard to figure out. Watching them, they play competent enough until they get within sniffing distance of the goal, then the panic seems to creep in, like they're in foreign territory and must do something quickly. Shots right at the keeper, or 10' off target. Weird.

ecuador did not manage a single shot on goal last game vs argentina which is usually a stronger indication of one side being significantly more dominant more than the scoreline in my experience if 2 teams have a lot of shots on goals scoreline could go anyway game by game but a cleansheet or close to a cleansheet if shots on target history usually repeats itself

I agree with and pick Arg, Venz, Col, and Urug- the only difference would be if the games end in draws and go to penalties. I do not get the criticisms about the draw because if you win your group, you get the second place team in the next group, its that simple. Had Brazil won their group then they would have gotten an easier game in Panama; and Mexico and Chile were expected on the Arg side. The 2 biggest team following are Arg and Brazil, so it makes sense for a draw to have them possibly playing in the finals only...but look foward to these games, followed by a possible Arg vs Uru finals....
Colombia and Venezuela are gonna win easily, the other two matches are more balanced. Argentina is gonna have a very hard time against Ecuador. Uruguay plays the best football in America and I'm expecting them to win, but you can never underestimate Brazil.

@@johnparktowers1750 I don't agree with that. Canada was terrible on the ball and only had chances when they had 50 metres of space to run into. It's clear they're just pace merchants with no technical skill. If Venezuela had finished half of their chances, they would have scored 6 goals at least.
