Thank you for this kind of content! This is the stuff people generally don't mention in videos but it is a huge aspect of being a professional product designer
Seeing how you use it for 1:1s it's interesting. Are you resetting the project after a few months? I currently use google docs because it's easy to go back and see stuff I have discussed a long time ago.
Hi Roberto! Sorry I missed this YT is being weird. I do not reset but I think you have been with Zendesk for a pretty long time and that may make sense to eventually remove or archive.
It looks like you use "projects" very liberally, for anything from 1-1s, or a step is the design process (design critique), etc Am i mistaken? This approach is so different from official Asana videos, but i kind of see it happen in user videos. The way we currently do it is more straightforward. Eg "stakeholder project a", " stakeholder project b", "internal product", etc Can you say something about why you do this? And maybe how/when you decide to use it that way?
Hi! Yes that’s the idea of this video, to show you how you can extend Asana for more than the obviouse use cases, like tracking 1-1s with your manager. Internally the Asana team uses Asana for basically everything so they’ve gotten really creative with how to use it ot its fullest potential. 😊 My current company Webflow doesn’t use Asana at all actually, we’re using Jira.
@@thecraftio yeah, I'm a jira admin at this startup and trying to work with Coda now too. It's like "week of workflows" over here. I need a wine press.

Are forms only available for business plan? I don't see it in the premium plan I'm currently on.
Hi! Everything in this video is done on the free plan. There is a possibility they have made product updates.
