How do you set up a way to update your project in Asana? For example I want to get a reminder to give myself and my team a status update every Wednesday?
I was wondering what the difference between "My Tasks" and your "Weekly Planning" is? Because for me it seems a bit repetitive to have your daily / weekly to dos on the "My Task" overview and then again in the "Weekly Planning". But maybe there is a solid reason for that :) But your videos are very useful!! thanks a lot
My tasks is an overview just as you said and it gathers all your tasks across all projects. I use it as a daily to do list across the board. For weekly planning, this is where I enter any general recurring tasks and or tasks that don’t belong to other projects. So I’ll plan my week from this board for any stuff that’s a bit more impromptu in nature on top of general repetitive tasks and then use My Tasks every day to tackle all my to do’s since it pulls from all the projects. I hope it explains it!
