अपने सही कहा आरक्षण सबको मिले नहीं तो किसी को नहीं मिले। जिसके पास टैलेंट हैं उसको मिले । मैं सहमत हूं आपके इस बात से लेकिन इसके साथ साथ ये भी होना चाहिए की सभी स्कूल और कॉलेज भी एक जैसा होना चाहिए न कि अमीर का लड़का अच्छे स्कूल में पढ़े और गरीब यानी दलित का लड़का सरकारी स्कूल में पढ़े जहां न अच्छे शिक्षक है और न ही टीचर है ।ऐसा सिस्टम हो की एक ही टाइप का सब स्कूल और कॉलेज हो जहां अमीर और गरीब दोनों एक साथ पढ़े एक ही जैसा सबका सिलेबस हो।@विवेक बिंद्रा सर

Vivek Bindra ji, you gave fantastic answers very confidently. Especially, your answer on stock market was spot on and closest to the truth. The interviewer didn't have any knowledge on the mechanism and functioning of share market, which is why he was calling it a bubble. Ironically, this is the general feeling in India, because stock analysis is a set of mathematical and quantitative techniques, and few people can master them. Onus is on the professional fund managers, to instill confidence of common people in the market. People are slowly gaining confidence in mutual funds, but insurance companies have been doing this for many years now. People happily give more administrative charges and fund management expenses in insurance companies, as they offer nearly guaranteed returns, even though they may be low. This implies that people like lower-and-certain returns, rather than chances of making higher income with risk.

विवेक सर यदि संविधान में सुधार एक नेक और नैतिक इरादे से हो तब वो improovment सही है! इसलिए यदि संविधान में प्रत्येक बदलाव को सुधार के रूप में देखना, मेरे विचार में नासमझदारी होगी!
क्योंकि हमने कई बार देखा है की सरकारें मनमाने ढंग से संविधान में बदलाव करने की कोशिश करती हैं, चाहे वो वर्तमान में जजों के नियुक्ति का मामला हो या और कोई, आजादी के बाद से अब तक कई बार संविधान में संशोधन मनमाने ढंग से किए गए हैं!
संविधान भी मनमाने तरीके से कॉपी किया गया है संविधान लिखने के लिये इतना कम समय था की सिर्फ ब्रिटिश लोगो के संविधान की कॉपी कर के संविधान बनाया

संविधान को बनाने वाले बहुत ही महान थे, संविधान का केवल कुछ हिस्सा ही ब्रिटिश सरकार के संविधान से लिया गया है और बाकी संविधान अनेक देशों के संविधानों को पढ़कर उनकी अच्छी बातें ली गईं हैं और बहुत सारे कानून संविधान निर्माताओं ने अपने विवेक और बुद्धि से भी लिखा है!
आपकी बातों से ऐसा लगता है की आप नाखुश नजर आते है अंबेडकर साहब से, इसका एकमात्र कारण है की आप उन्हें जानते नहीं!
