Hi, Bharat I'm trying your recipes Regularly my family, my daughters friend and there family, my friends also loved your recipes and not all these I'm making your recipes to STISFIED me also. Thankuu very much for your recipes
Bharat I have just made this and after tasting it, I come here straight. This is just awesome. Till now I have tried three of your recipes and with each one I am turning out a fan of yours.
I have tried several paneer recipes in the quest to get that restaurant style taste but never got successful.
But last week the quest was 90% completed i made this recipe exactly how it is showed taking caring of everything. And i wanted to confirm it came out exactly how i wanted restaurant style with awesome gravy that one can cherish each bite.
Also i learnt my first food that i cooked my self following his video only and that was of aloo paratha.
I was already aware of the fact that people face problems when they cook it themselves
Either the dough is not perfect or the filling is not correct i mean there is water or they roll it incorrectly so the paratha breaks or the filling is not spread evenly
But i made perfect parathas in the first shot by watching his video and did everything exactly how he described and showed.
The reasons he provided behind all the tricks and problems people face help me understand cooking rather than just mug up everything.
Because he explains the underlying reasons one can be creative.

Hi sir, I m kulwanti. Meri shadi ko almost 9 yes go gye h. Maine Kawhi mayke me khana nahi banana. Not even a single day. Sasural me Meri joint family thi. To khana nahi banana pasta tha. I mean sabji. Me bus roti banani thi aur baki kaam karti thi,par sajida kabhi nahi. Ab hum alag kahane lage. To pure Khana mujhe banana hota h ,John mujhe bilkul nahi aata.
Par an maine aapse sikha h. Pahale to itne acche nahi ban pata tha.

Sukhi lal mirch
Sukha Masala:-
3 tbspn Dhaniya powder
1 tsp Lal mirch powder
1 tsp Kashmiri lal mirch powder
1 tsp Roasted jeera powder
2 tsp Besan
Vidhi:
Paneer ko fry karke namak wale paani me daalde
Pan me ghee daalkar uame sab khade masale dalde air phir kanda dalde air usko jab tak chalaye jab tak golden brown na ho jaye
Phir adrak lasun aur hari mirch kati hui dalde aur thoda sa haldi
Aur phir ghisa hua tamatar daalna hai aur namak swaad anusar aur tab tak pakaye jab tak tell alag na hojaye masalo se
(Bhunte rehena hai ) (stirr well)
Aur phir Sukhe masale daalne hai (ab 2 min tak stir karye rahe ) aur thoda sa paani daalde
Aur ab daalni hai dahi (pehelr fet le dahi ko) aur dahi daalte samay flame low hona chahiye aur ab daalna hai garam masala powder aur bhuni huyi kasturi methi
Ab daalna hai pani me bhigoya hua paneer daalde aur usko chalaye aur 5 min tak dhak de
Aur phir parose aur aur sabse taarife sun aur khub bhi tarif kar sakte hai
