Thanks for the park update!! We are scheduled to be at Cabana Bay and Volcano Bay in September. We are also going to City Walk and Islands of Adventure. Excited to see things starting to get back to a little bit of normal.
The problem for my family with visiting Volcano Bay is that Adventure Island is an hour closer to us, and it is much cheaper to visit than Volcano bay. Also, from what I’ve seen, there aren’t very many slides here that Volcano Bay doesn’t have. Plus the Seaworld Busch Gardens company gives out free tickets to passholders every couple of months, so with all these factors combined, we find it much more convenient to just go to Adventure Island instead.
Gutted is an understatement, had our Florida trip cancelled by our tour operator for the end of the month, this is the park that I was looking forward to the most 😭 loved it last year ❤️.

This is a great park, so well designed and some great rides. Krakatau is a great ride and the way to start the day. Usually go in the morning and then head for studios or IOA after lunch, especially as we stay at Cabana bay.
Does not look very good in florida right now very big spike going up on covid !! :( Universal took off the floor markers at Hagrids and social distencing is out the window !!! i think im gona sit back and look at this from far away for a while !!!
@@rzr800s4 Universal took the social distancing markers only on the final load area, where it is continuously moving, and team members are instructing to keep moving but remain distant. I know the tweet/news you speak of, but they fixed the issue very quickly. I have seen very solid following of social distancing on my multiple visits. Everyone had masks on (Sea World guests failing in that department), and social distancing *most* of the time. If you can go on a weekday, I think you would feel very safe. Im not ready for weekends yet, much busier so far. But they steps they have taken to keep you safe are very solid. If you dont feel comfortable, don't go! The parks will always be there, and you can go when things are safer 👍🏻
We went here for the first time back in 2017 not long after it had opened and it was really really busy and we only able to ride two slides and found it hard to navigate round. We do prefer Aquatica but do you think we should still give it another chance when we go back next year??

I wish that I knew to block my nose before going on the drop slide! Upon the drop I immediately got a face full of water and literally couldn’t breathe during the entire slide! It was so scary and I am a thrill seeker lol
Looks great, but I wouldn't feel very safe going down here. First of all I would still have to waste 2 weeks in quarantine since Im from out of state and not to mention people are getting too careless thinking we're completely over this pandemic... not quite. In fact Florida's Texas's, Arizona's and the Carolina's numbers are on the rise. Be careful people. Hoping to go down next year especially with the Jurassic World coaster opening at Islands of Adventure and hopefully it will be better.
just went here once, it was a busy day, i just could do 2 rides that needed the reservation cuz it took 300 minutes to enter in the main slide of the park, so we just could do like 2 or 3 apart because they didnt need the watch reservation, so actually i felt i lost my money, dont know if something changed in this 3 years
How do you do that? That would mean you would be walking to the slide with your mask? Then it would get soaking wet? Do they still work if they're wet? Just curious if anybody has any info.
Don’t GO , I went yesterday the group of 5 and was a NIGHTMARE!! From calling the day before to get hours, prices etc.. Buses were to be social distancing and there was incorrect. Are prices are discounted on line , yes online is less, I get there and the price is the same when Universal app not working. I asked what time is Citi walk opened on Friday , he said 7pm it was opened till 11. Plans to meet others elsewhere where ruined. In the park 50% capacities and not one beach chair available. , asked employee for help non around when we needed one and when we did clueless . I didn’t get to go on anything but sit in wave pool, others in the group went on 1 -2 rides, we got to ride and it just closed or band didn’t vibrate. We payed almost $500 . So disappointing!,,, rides just closed no rain sunshine . Nightmare. It was packed to capacity and understand it was Saturday but this was unelectable !! I called today, offered t30% off coming trip , what !!!!!
With 265/500 employees at Orlando international airpoirt testing positive for corona and Orlando being one of the COVID hotspots in America right now, if you interact with the elderly on a daily basis please do not go to a theme park now. 2,700 new cases a day and steadily rising.
The 260 that tested positive for Covid-19 was from mid March to Jun 6. "Beginning in mid-March and through June 6 there were a total of 132 employees of all the airlines, rental car companies, the Transportation Security Administration, and the Aviation Authority that tested positive. An additional 128 individuals that tested positive were not employees of the airport but were linked (Epilinks) or traceable connections to the 132 individuals that work at MCO, for a total of 260 individuals." As for just the Airport they have tested 500 people and only 2 have come back positive. As for New cases it looks to be about 100 to 200 a day (this is a spike from 50 to 100 a day before Jun 10th) which is most likely a result of the Riots) As long as you wash your hands and wear a mask and keep about 6 feet away if possible you should be very safe at theme parks. (no more than around your own state)
@@sheiscrm You're looking at Florida the whole state which is understandable when you factor in the riots. Unless you're going all around to each city that number will not effect you. The numbers you need to look at is the area you will be going to and staying. which I've posted above.

Pretty sure you wouldn't be waiting long now. Only saw a few people on the slides when I drove past yesterday.
Just a reminder, masks recommended doesn’t mean no masks at all. If you are near somebody you should put your masks on as you pass by them
