I want to put this in my floor routine, so I learned it. I showed my coach and she didn’t like it and I’m a little sad cause my teammates and a different coach told me to show her. How could I convince her to allow me to do it in my routine?
@@maya_rat_ i did too! what helped me was stacking up mats under the high bar then slowly taking away mats so the bar starts off low then gets higher, i hope this helps!

Keep trying to sit up quicker! It also helps to lift you hands more off the ground before the flip!
