Although Hadi Saei was amazingly very experienced fighter ! You can see how well he understood Aaron’s techniques, he knew what would be his next move ! Even though on other hand young blood Aaron cook gave him a really tough fight ! Still Aaron is my favourite!

Thankyou master spike. Yes I was very nervous I was only 16 years old against one of the great champion but I gave it my all and had an amazing experience and it gave me great believe that I could compete with the best in the world 👊🏻

wow. awesome fight. old school cool and all but the scoring was atrociously bad in this one. I remember one of my Korean mentors said that triple kicks/double kicks are useless and not energy efficient since judges will just score it as one point. I miss the old school scoring but not really :/ do you have your fight vs the korean guy before you knocked out Steven Lopez?? I remember the scores for that one being EPIC but there were no videos anywhere.
The scoring was so bad back then. Aaron won that match. So many of his 45s didn’t score and hadis did. Aaron won that match. He also won his match in Beijing a year later but was robbed due to bad scoring by the refs.
I disagree. He did land some back kicks but not enough power for his weight class. Hadi clearly was superior and hadi made no mistakes. Hadi is probably the best fighter Taekwondo has ever seen.
