Everything is perfect here man, Jeff Scott Soto, what can I say about the best vocalist ever - this guys range is just insane,, always pitch perfect - I am so looking forward to the Sons Of Apollo album with Billy Sheehan, Mike Portnoy, Derek Sheridan, and Bumblefoot. Marcel Jacobs was just an incredibly gifted bass player and I think he's the only bass player in the history of rock who would be forgiven for playing with a pick - he was insanely talented, Janie Borger keeping everything tight with Marcel - one of the best rhythm sections in the history of rock, and that dual guitar onslaught, its like having two Malmsteens lol!!!! I've said it before and I'll say it again, worst thing Yngwie ever did was let that the original Rising Force Band members leave - there was an insane chemistry between Jeff, Marcel and the Johansen brothers.
So much talent and so many great musicians in this band. May you rest in peace ”Marre”. There’s a reason Fredrik Åkesson aka ”Culle” plays in Opeth, Pontus Norgren plays in Hammerfall…and….and…and well fxxk me sideways, it’s just great to re-live this again!! 🤘😃
Humanimal is one of the best hard rock albums ever. Fredrik Åkesson is a monster in this record. A fucking monster. What he played there is way better than anything he did in Opeth.
He died in 2009,he had cancer which spread all over his body and commited suicide.The W.E.T. project he did with Jeff,the guys from the bands Eclipse & Work of Art,was his last album.Check out the music video for the song ''One Love'',by W.E.T. he looks really bad,very pale,no hair from the chemotherapy. It's really sad,such a talented guy. RIP.
+John Fatol Romanian?!Lol,Talisman are from Sweden,except from the singer,Jeff Scott Soto,who is American of Puerto Rico descent.Soto & Marcel Jacob,the bassplayer use to be in Yngwie Malmsteen's band,back in the 80's and Fredrik Akesson,the guitarplayer with the black Gibson,is nowadays in Opeth.
