Some of them can’t even go out in the sun because their skin is so stripped and damage it’s as is the epidermis is completely stripped away 😭😭

I saw the joke loading 2 sentences prior but it still took me out. 🤣🤣🤣
Now that was so funny
Spice please never change you #Jamaican, #west Indian background. We don't need to turn down nothing
I’m so proud of her....Jamaica str8!💯🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲 big up u self spice.
Spice is making a great point about Colorism being an issue too. However, her statement about racism not being an issue anymore only applies to the Caribbean. Sadly Racism is alive and well in mainland USA.
TheKayleeanna not in the Caribbean either. They’re just as racist so you gotta fix that comment lol
@@caitology3362 I speak from experience. I am Caribbean born and raised. ;-) I'm one of the people that can actually speak on it.
True colorism has always been an issue in Jamaica as well as social status.
There is racism in the Caribbean too.
Also, whether it’s racism/colorism... anti-blackness abounds
That *sexy* Jamaican accent tho 🤤
Bleaching is an issue in probably every country. From the Caribbean islands, to African countries, India, even Asian countries
india is in Asia..
Sandra Jean exclude Africans out of your statement plwase
Sandra Jean *please*
Ant rip girl bye, is that why blac chyna made a killing on her bleach cream out there? I’ve seen numerous Africans wear EXTREMELY light foundation. Nowhere near their complexion
Ant rip it being geographically located in South Asia has nothing to do with what I’m speaking on culturally. Thanks.
LOVE HER!! She really doesn't get enough recongnition and praise for her hard work. Her label continue to so her dirty but she's the hardest working artist out there. We love her in the U.K. and she's mashing up the European areas where the black people are non existent but selling out venues! She always reps JA and genuinely showing growth. Far too many women want to claim that they are a boss, no SPICE IS A BOSS lady! Longer interview next time please.
That colorism is serious af in Jamaica. My girl is from Kingston and she the same skintone as spice. She told me how severe that colorism is out there. Shit is no joke fam
traindawg21 Trust me it isn’t a joke at all. People literally DIE out here from the severe skin bleaching 😩
Shan _ Really? I've only seen One case of a death from a skin product verified Online to Date.
mack1820 trust me these people are doing extreme things like using household products (detergents, toothpaste, bleach etc) to strip their skin faster 😭😩 They leave a mixture of theses things on their skin for HOURS, wrap themselves in saran plastic and wear dark jackets, caps and socks to shield their skin from the sun. Some of them can’t even go out in the sun because their skin is so stripped and damage it’s as is the epidermis is completely stripped away 😭😭
and to me most if not all of them that bleach to that extent look like crazy ghosts 💀 so I wonder why they do it anyway, when clearly it’s not to look better 😩
Shan _ Yes I've seen the documentaries and Only they can tell you why they Do it. But again who has 'Literally Died' from this?
Why when Amara La Negra was on ...they act like could not understand...smh
afro latinas always existed but didnt have a name for it until recently.......besides jlo and salena the latin culture didnt really make waves in American Mainstream so there wasnt a huge interest in learning the diversity in the culture......People in jamaica are unmistakenly black and Reggae had a huge impact on HIPHOP so the interest in its people and culture were greater. i think that they acted like they didnt understand bc there was a lack of respect for the term Afrolatina due to ignorance. it was almost as if they didnt believe a hispanic could be black also so of course they acted like they didnt understand. its really sad.......good thing is Reggaetone is slowly making Mainstream waves im America i just hope the American artists dont keep ruining the damn songs with their remixes justin beiber/beyonce jayden smith....like we get mad at white people for taking our shit and not giving credit we get mad when they "water down" pur culture and here comes beyonce and others ruining perfectly great reggaeton tracks. like nicki minaj WHO THE EFF LET HER GET ON THE KRIPPY KUSH REMIX.....I WAS SO MAD HOW SHE RUINED IT AND IT WAS ONE OF MY FAVS AT THE TIME SORRY GOT OFF TOPIC BUT YEAH 😂😂😂
@@nicolerichardson7724 yeah you are right... it is weird they could not understand that Amara is a dark skin black person that speaks spanish... Cardi is a light skin black person that speaks spanish..what is so hard to understand??
Right they gave her a hard time and I totally understood her and I'm not Hispanic
Well I am black hispanic and I feel you on this America it dont matter if you black or white.
ANNOYING RIGHT LIKE AFRO LATINOS WAS JUST ONE BOAT STOP AWAY FROM CARIBBEAN PPL 🙄
She looked so slowly 😂😂😂 This interview was soo funny. It should’ve been longer
I swear this the funniest episode of the breakfast club..Big up SPICE🔥🇯🇲
*As a Jamaican have to admit I was kinda scared to watch this.. **_just didn't want dem to say anything bad or stupid to good good spice_*
Mendy Peters right?! I would have been so pissed
I am not Jamaican but West Indian I felt the same way
Me too I kept coming to it and would not press play but I took chance this morning and I'm pleased.
Was thinking the same thing. Funnily enough, this was probably the best interview I've watched from them..
We in America adore her❤
Yeah every Jamaican knows that drake accent ain't passing a rating of 1 😅😅🇯🇲. Spice being polite lol
You dun know 😂🤣. Even 1's nice point blank ZERO lol
Chillin With TJ she was also being polite with safarri 😌
Cuz it's a Toronto accent, that's what Caribbean and West Indian people speak like here.
Alicia D yeah I heard Canada is similar to the UK.. especially when it comes to the slang because like the UK there are a lot of Jamaicans who reside there but yeah I’ve heard Tory lanes’ patois and it sounds like drakes.. I think mixed with the Canadian accent it sounds abit off lol no offence 😁
Am from Grenada and even I know Drake far below 5
I'm so proud of Spice and I care zero what anyone say about her. Proud proud proud proud until my proud bag full.
This is a conversation ALOT OF BLACKS ARE NOT ready to have!!!!!!🤦🏽♀️
Lol every single comment on BFC videos are about colorism.
KittieKat221* I don’t know how old you are or where you are from but this CONVERSATION has been going on for DECADES... join the conversation.
#Bigfacts 🙌🏿💯
Black folks talk about the same shit everyday, especially about this topic. Sounds like a broken record.
Ci Madgeline. BLACK people PERPETUATING COLORISM HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR ALONG TIME...BUT the the damage and negative effects and added DYSFUNCTION and division it adds to the black community has not been talked about because black people fail to even act like it exist
😂😂😂 That fatty thing had me dead because it’s so true a lot of people think Jamaicans are rude, it’s just that we call it like it is. And we don’t have to worry about offending anyone but of course in America we have a lot of different racial backgrounds so I guess that’s why people get more sensitive!
I wish america was more world educated..especially to be so diverse this country needs to understand everyone isn't coming from a bad place when they talk to you just because they say, or phrase things differently.
fred nasty true but for the most part they just stuck in their ways though
Gabby there’s nothing wrong with taking offense to a “rude remark” if that’s who you are but you and I know alll demographic in America take it to the extreme
@Greenhearted Goddess oh, but your right. America isn't any different however america is a mentally unstable country as well.
Ikr that's how it is in Africa to
I like that Spice knows how to answer certain questions and picked up on certain things. Spice did not tell no lie. Jamaicans call everyone by description. Loads of songs in reggae and dancehall dedicated to Big women. Such as Style X - Me love my fatty. Good interview
Spice is so beautiful...
I like a darkskin chick. 💘
I like brown bitches and?

He’s right
Why did he want her to look at the neck tho?
Big up yuh self black people of all shades...lets love each other
Dark skin women are too jealous of light skin women for that to happen
@@bnwo here's a dark skinned woman saying all black women are beautiful. Dont believe the hype man.
🖤
Deejay Core gotta love ourselves first
First we need to take out all the self hating blacks like swirlers & buck dancing uncle Toms, then we can move forward with black love
“Come ya fatty” yeah man talk the ting straight my gyal 😂 Jamaicans have no filter 😂 😂 😂
e f nuh wii don’t 😂😂😂
@ATL 1 Smh.
We don't at all. We will call you from the first thing we saw. We don't body shame people. If you ever going to Jamaican beaches, you can wear your bikini or your shirt off freely. No matter what body type you have.
yall talked harsh as hell and it comes off disrespectful
Loved this interview and she def gets props for this stance. Big ups to my Jamaicans 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
Spice is bigger than love and hip hop....love and hip hop is for washed out people or people bug becuz of association
Kenneth Murray
The show made Cardi B.
Why did she went on the show if she is bigger than it? Am I to believed that she has nothing better to do? Smh.. Spice went on the show in order to reach awider demography. She want more ppl to hear and buy her music. Spice, in effect said it in this vid.
@@876michie5 That show isn't the way to do it. Theres so many colorist ppl on the show. But a lot of self hating ppl watch it. So at least she can spread her message to those viewers and maybe make them see their worth.
Love and hip hop is a platform for all people. I did not know who spice was. But cus she was on the show, that a plethora of people watch, she is noticed by different people.
She should do documentaries or some sort. Step away from this whole LHH scene. Look at what T-Pain is doing now with his Business Class. It's so refreshing and nice to see and Im. Actually learning something.
Spice aint correct them once about calling the music reggae. Its dancehall not reggae. Two different distinct genre of music. The interview isn't bad though.
I don't know why they don't correct them....me hate it u see man.....even when ppl interviewing Shaggy they keep calling him "rapper" them need fi start correcting them
It’s a sub genre of that I don’t think it’s a big deal
That’s because it’s still reggae just a sub genre
@@nellyuchiha5155 it is literally not a sub genre of reggae.

I really enjoyed this interview, it had me laughing so much. Yeah it's true, Jamaicans dont know nothing about fat shaming. They just say what they see.😂😂
If that's Spice first interview on here i think they should have go more in dept on her Jamaican up bringing and her Dancehall come up story. Big up Spice same way.
I think it's her second interview..not sure but I think she came there before.
This her second
Wasn't too familiar with Spice prior to this interview, but I enjoyed her energy and interested in checking out her music.🇧🇿🇧🇿
