      No, red meats should not be cleaned. Gives away the taste.

    Can Chicken meat be used in this recipe ... ?

      You would have to adjust the cooking time as chicken takes less time to cook. Try avoiding chicken breast pieces for mince, it dries out very quickly.

      You can but then add the potatoes first, because chicken cooks really fast & doesn't even need water.

    The measurements don’t look right in the video. It says 1 tbs of garlic/ginger and 1 cup of hot water. But those don’t look like a tbs and 1 cup. They look much more then that.
    Does it look like more then they say in the video?

      Coming from a Bengali household- a teaspoon usually means the amount on a regular spoon (heaped) - so yes definitely more than the “teaspoon” we use in measuring exact quantities in baking for example. Tablespoon is usually a larger size spoon, heaped size, same concept. Hope this helps!
