After so many years, I still think this ending was beautiful, meaningful, and worthy of one of the best game series of that generation, and my favorite. I will never forget this trilogy, and all the happy moments I had playing it.

I found my people, i never thought anyone is the world was as crazy as me to hypothesize that this in facts Jungs concept of the shadow A little note, when prince father dies, he transforms himself without water, It's symbolic to him letting go of his shadow embracing his true self through acceptance of his flaws and who he is , hence truly integrating it instead of thinking of it as a pesky little voice inside his head And i quote "You hold no power over me now, begone, retreat to whatever dark hole spawned you and do not trouble me again"
We need to resurrect Prince of Persia. Assassin’s Creed has started to lose its own identity with Odyssey and Valhalla, maybe bringing PoP back would be a breath of fresh air. Maybe make it semi open world like God of War but with an emphasis on parkour of course.
It would've been really cool if they took a more psychological angle with this character. Maybe shown better progression of how the Prince started to become corrupt, I've honestly been thinking of making a comic with this character....or at least one similar because it really is a cool idea.
In my opinion Ubisoft killed franchaise with Two Thrones and it was concious solution. Remember Warrior Within. It was really long deep and interesting, and the Two Thrones is just linear and shorter more than Sands of Time. I guess Ubi took a big part of original Kindred Blades (the original Prince of Persia 3 game which was canceled) to further Assassin's creed game.
He did start to get corrupted. He started to take pleasure in killing, became rash and aggressive, sought violence instead of helping his people. It was only after Farah gave him that speech that he decided to change. When hew saw his dead father, the prince was finally able to detach himself from the dark prince because he accepted his own mistakes and became a greater man

He's not exactly a boss. Your victory is basically guarranteed after you defeat the vizier. He's more like a wierd combination between a cutseen and gameplay. A nice way to end the series. To leave the players with a good taste in their mouths.

He is nothing Prince already isn't capable of being, but refuses to admit. Dark Prince never attacked Prince's kingdom as it was always within Prince himself. I recommend checking out what C.G. Jung wrote about Shadow. Dark Prince is "I didn't know I could do that" and "I don't know why I did that" made into amplified and distilled character.

In my opinion, we have had enough open world games. Keeping Prince of Persia the way it is will be a refreshing change of pace.
