Apart from raising the alarm, is there anything else you can do personally to alleviate the situation?
I did that a long time ago by writing a 40 page strategic concept paper on how to provide education with equipment and teaching materials plus how to fund education before 2018 that was send to the Bio team . If you want I can send you a copy.
