Not sure if I see it correctly as well, but I assume the biggest difference is where he is focusing his transfer of power. Most people think that they have to generate momentum starting from the foot (like a swinging, pulling motion), so that you release that energy at the apex of your movement. This not only is slower, but may also be engaging some unnecessary muscle groups. Rather than pulling the foot through, he most likely emphasizes the driving of the knee, which then follows the actual front kick. That's probably the basics of it. He also simplifies this for other people by saying to bring your foot in close to your other leg (this can basically be done by the same mechanism of driving your knee straight), so that the line of motion is solely from posterior to anterior (without necessary arcs). I don't know if I explained that well, but hopefully this generates some more discussion.
Very interesting, but the trailer at the beginning and the end is unnecessary. Far too long. People watch this because of Master's explanations and demonstrations, not for the trailer.

My Gary? Oh no, not My Gary, its your Gary! Sorry, couldn't resist🤨😋
2 minutes of credits, 20 seconds of mae geri. Hum...
Three years later, i am still on the credits, hoping to see mae geri with my children, or maybe grandchildren some day.
Wow... Soke is absolutely awesome.
Great tips on front snap kick along with sound reasoning to observe correct Kihon.

Thanks buddy!
Could someone help me in the difference between the 'so-so' kick and the good one he wants to show? The angle makes it difficult for me to see.
