Why would the Pistons not resign KCP? Who are the Pistons paying so much that they couldn't resign him? I haven't kept up with the Pistons salary situation so I was wondering. Maybe Drummond is taking up a lot of the cap or Tobias Harris?
He's inconsistent on offense but he's a good young player. The Bradley trade guaranteed that KCP was gone. KCP is worth close to 20M in this market and the Pistons didn't want to pay that much. Lakers got a good one. Should sign him to a longer deal next off season if they miss out on a lot of their targets.

Tony Montana its true if Drummond felt like playing and reggie was himself this past season we would've been in the playoffs against the celtics which would pretty much be a ecf game cause those teams are rivals. But with avery bradley mooreland(who is a good blocker and rebounder) along with Galloway. We now have a great back court and a way better back up center then baynes.
I was mad when we got rid of Aflalo but I'm pissed about my boy KCP. The league might have forgot about "Trey Burk" but real Pistons fans haven't. This dude brings it every night, SVG will leave the Pistons worst than he got it from JD...guaranteed!
It's a shame because KCP easily could've been put as the starting small forward while Avery played SG but oh well hopefully we can sign a good small forward to help with the hole we have at that position
The only way I see this benefiting for Detroit is Reggie and Pierre jackson being the 2 point guards, kennard and Bradley at shooting, Tobias at small forward, ellenson at power forward and Drummond at center. We need to get rid of Reggie and Andre tho, maybe pick up some draft picks/veterans that can help. But I wish kcp the best
Lol ur an idiot he had a good first half the 2016-17 season lol he was used a lot but then zaza did a moving screen on him in like i think January and he wasnt the same since not just that he was barely used as a pistons fan the guy is a great 3pt shooter, defender, and a good closer look (ex: the portland 2OT game) stats show the numbers but they don't show the players talent.
