OMg thank you so much, Epson were saying I had to pay £100 to have it serviced or buy a new printer. This fixed it and the printer is now printing again.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH. As a side note, I found that this only works if there is a printing project waiting to be printed. (Flashing power light). If the power light is not flashing, just send anything to be printed and the power light will begin to blink. Then you may proceed with these instuction without any problem. THANKS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At Last! Thanks for your post. I've been trying to solve this ink/toner low problem (L355 ecotank) with Epson Technical Support for weeks. They've even had me sending photos of the ink tanks to prove that they are not empty! They told me on the phone that there was no easy way to reset the ink warning light.
I suppose that if they were any good they wouldn't be sitting there selecting pre-written responses to these issues.
