You’re such a great man. Whenever I get confused, I watch ur videos and then boom I understand. I’m a first year medical student currently studying in Vladivostok, Russia. I’m a Nigerian. Sometimes it’s difficult for me because I study in Russian language but when I watch ur videos , I feel like it’s so easy for me. You’re such an amazing, smart and intelligent man. I pray you grow GOLD.
Happy birthday in arrears and God bless you sir❤

I’m 73 and my sister says that I have outlived my family lineage by two years already. I’m the one who has taken vitamins for fifty years and got around to running 14 marathons (13 NY), and thirty scored half marathons. If it wasn’t for a young woman who I thought I might catch if I got into shape, I wouldn’t have gotten into great shape. As Shakespeare said, it’s better to fall in love and lose. Than to never have fallen in love!

You are no but child, me 80. 30 years older than you, can’t believe I am still here , as someone once said , ‘if I knew I was going to live this long I would have looked after myself better’! You are fit , and intelligent, I love your hair.

Watching you climb from your point of view had me holding my breath quite a lot. You are a brave, skilled, incredibly strong man. You're 50? At this rate you''ll go well beyond 100!

We are reaching the longevity escape velocity in the next 5 years, according to Ray Kurzweil haha. In the future we will overcome aging and we'll bring back to life everyone who has died. As we gain knowledge and understanding about how everything works, we gain control. Death is just the failure of whatever processes our body needs to stay alive and we will be able to fix all that. People already "die" and we are able to recesitate them after a few minutes like with the shocks when someone has gone into cardiac arrest and their heart stops. That time will get longer and longer as we make new discoveries and are able to repair failed processes. Then we will be able to bring people back who may have been dead for an hour, then a few hours, and then corpses, and so on. Trying to explain how that will work is like trying to explain computers and life today to someone a couple hundred years ago. We just dont have the understanding now to comprehend how it's going to work in the future. Heaven isn't some place somewhere else, it's here and in the future. We're just in the process of building it without really realizing it.

I think your longer hair suits your face. I like it. I also value the fact that your longer hair helps people adjust to the idea that men can be fifty and smart and educated and kind and gentle and professional _and long-haired._

It makes me thoughtful listening to your thoughts. I'm myself well beyond that magic 50, not having to bother about career anymore, eager to continue learning new things, for example my own anatomy, while being conscious that the sand grains are inexorably dripping down in the sand glass. Am grateful to be able to watch your videos. Thanks!
