However, in that area it is currently different and I cannot go from there, I have to collect 3 objects which I already collected and even then I cannot claim the reward from the inhabitant to continue with the game, is there something else hidden or will I have to restart my progress so I can continue?

Are you creating that ?
No, those levels were created by the original developers, I only fixed the bugs and did that the game doesn't crash when loading them.
