The thing is my 2nd year is about to end. I'm in BTech Mechanical and i'm just starting to prepare for offcampus. The same process, starting language, then all the stuff that follows. its too late for me i guess as Aman Bhaiya never addressed this situation, seems like its a case of no hope? all that i'm hoping deep inside is that Apna College team notices my comment/reply and address this. If its worthless then why waste time coding which would give me no placements. hope i was clear with my words.

I was really demotivated seeing students from IITs/NITs going in big tech companies and students from tier-3 colleges don't have enough opportunities.

@Akshit Rawat ✓ Yes, you are absolutely right. Now lots of students know about the opportunities which are available but till now lots of big companies prefer tier 1 students over tier 3, I don't know the obsession of tier 1 by this companies even if there are lots of smart students in tier 2/3 colleges. Microsoft just did this discrimination where Microsoft replied to only tier 1 students and rejected/not responded to tier 2/3 colleges.
But one thing to note that, I never heard, a student who has really great skills like good in CP, do open source, have good projects, etc is not hired by a good company/startup. And that company is actually paying him/her atleast 10 lakhs which is really great.
So the conclusion is develop skills and then opportunities will definitely come forward to you.
@Pratik Srivastava Yes ofcourse bro, if you are doing your internship in big company then that will pay you 80k - 100k INR per month for like 3/6 months.
