Just played Stukov p3, one of my favorites, and he's definitely ranked correctly. Only surprise was that in the early game, I was suddenly very supply blocked and realized that 5 phoenixes had somehow appeared in my main and killed all my overlords. Oops. Build turrets just in case. Plus, they help with the cloaked widow mines, etc. The rest was fun. Kill bot? Ha! Whatever, Dude. And tiny troopers were so cute!
While you guys laughing at Vorazun makes a bit of sense, she is not horrible here by any means. I was able to beat that bruta back in 2018 with her, without even having full mastery or any prestiges. Well-used Black Holes/Time Stops can keep your army alive, and once you get Everything is Free/Gas Pickups - it's great. Also - I'd put H&H a bit higher, top of B or even bottom of A. P1 mines take care of most enemy units + early gifts, Reapers don't care about Naughty List and once you get some eco gifts you can add/replace a ton of units (including Horner ones). In my view - definitely easier time with them than Raynor or Artanis.
Played Zagara and got all my overlords killed by scourges, so I was supply blocked with zerglings/banelings for the first wave (scourge nest was in process of building). Otherwise, easy-peasy mutation.

dunno, those guys are already paper-thin even without the naughty list. At least the marines are expendable, but still they aren't free units

I did the same, made a fast scourge nest, carried a Dehaka that was having issues with his naughty list, no issues
Raynor P1 is goat here, you can take ANY present with bio army
