This woman has such a wealth of knowledge and insight into the beauty industry and I feel this interview didn’t do her justice. If the right questions were asked we would have gotten so much more from her. Few black make up artists of this calibre make it as far as she has, we could have learned so much more, especially on how to monetise this industry in Zambia. How she got to were she is to be earning well in a challenging industry is such an achievement . My two cents as a Zambian Makeup Artist.
I have to be honest… this interview was so underwhelming… and I love this girl.. and the platform…I am Namibian.. and I found her on IG. The questions asked were so mediocre.. everything was all over the place.. as in 😮… Elson is honestly always crossing the line.. getting annoying at this point… he doesn’t allow his guest to fully express themselves.. guys give your guests a chance to finish whatever it is they want to say.
Also hoe phase? Excuse me? Is that even a question ? Common man … that was so mediocre…and uncomfortable to watch… Elson is so out of touch with what it is you say and don’t say to people. Gosh!
Also this specific interview came across as if y’all didn’t even prepare?
Do better!
Thank you 💯
K-plus " there so many people who will be inspired by your story"
Elson " he says that to everybody" kikikikiki
This girl just said ba wiso balifwa😅😅😅😅
Atleast she's trying, so why laugh?
😂😂😂😂 I came here for this comment 🤣🤣
Let’s clarify, acne is not only about skin care. Some people have hormonal imbalances which contribute to the breakouts. Acne is a health condition just like other issues out there and it affects one’s self esteem and can be quite frustrating to try and get under control. Let’s be sensitive to those dealing with the condition and be mindful not to give unsolicited suggestions on what one needs to do to fix their skin. It’s a sensitive subject for acne sufferers and takes a lot just to leave the house knowing everyone can see it.
I totally agree with you. I suffered acne breakouts and it took a toll on my self esteem. I tried different products to no avail. I just got to a point where I stopped caring about my skin and what people thought about me. That's the time I felt strongest and most powerful. I think I got a hold of my brain and emotions. Since then, the acne jumped on a journey to extinction.
Thank you for your comment.
You guys always know how to make your guest comfortable....this is what make your conversation stand out from any other when I become well know actor I'll bring myself to your podcast🎉🎉🎉
This lady dodged all the questions. Not interesting at all...but the gents still made it amazing
Can never agree more.. the gents made it work
I agree
This info is for "Gobb" To summarise , this lady did not achieve the grades required in order for her to go to 6th form college (high school). In England UK , if you fail your exams in year 11(secondary school) at age 16, you stay at home and wait until you are 18yrs old and then you can apply for a free government funded access course/ NVQ of your choice which is usually equivalent to 3 A levels because you need A levels or equivalent to be accepted at university to study a degree. Most of these free funded courses are " access to business, access to health studies, access to criminology and etc" So, once you get your "access course certificate then you apply to university". But of course this lady opted for a make-up apprentiship route .
Wrong. Either way kids in UK have different ways of going to University. Some do A levels some take the Tech route and do the access courses and still go to UNI. Besides not everyone wants to go to uni
Either way, the route they take always depends on the grades 😂 The smart ones academically , go to 6th form .
You created an account just comment that 😂😂😂
That’s the problem with Africans. She might not be academically but that doesn’t mean she won’t be able to achieve things she wishes to. Probably well travelled more than you
@@UninterruptedZm I tell you 🤣🤣🤣
Also big ups to Vee for keeping its classy with this dusty interview 😅
K-plus…. You need a NON COMODOGENIC moisturizer. ( one that does not block pores) you also need to get an extraction facial, and tone with witch’s hazel. And avoid touching your face. I had terrible acne and started using Cetaphil (face wash and moisturizer) may be worth asking someone to take some to Zambia for you. It’s WORTH it and not over priced. Maybe in dischem or clicks maybe even link pharmacy or jubilee
Zambians and being obsessed with accents 😂
K-plus for acne try this, doxycycline 1 tab twice daily, vitamin b-complex 2 tabs twice daily and benzoyl peroxide gel 5-10% twice a day. For a week and see if that works.
This worked for me but it took longer than a week. It requires consistent use
@@susanbwalya4168 very true it's dependent on the skin, though antibiotics must not be taken for a very long period as you will become resistant to them. You can continue the vitamin b complex and gel of course.
I have bad itching 🥲
Elson was feeling her😂
That explains the awkward questioning especially at the beginning 🙄 Elson needs to get a dating coach so he can find a girl, settle and stop being a sexual nuisance.
@@britjj5126 bro you are extremely right ish change when she said she was once married
When a woman cant disclose her age just know shes almost 40
You’re right , she’s 39 lol
and the is really nothing wrong with a woman being almost 40.. we all want to grow old
Mmmmm guys
2 mins in and Elson is asking whether she smokes or not. Classic 😂😂
I don't know what Zambians have against other Zambians who've spent a significant time away from home and speak a certain way, it's like an eternal bitterness. You'll never hear Nigerians or Ghanaians ripping into their countrymen in the diaspora for their acquired "accents". Understand that ways of speech are a subconscious thing, especially if you move away as a child or teenager, your way of speech is influenced by your schooling, peers and environment. Even YOU as a Zambian have an accent. Every single person has an accent that is a direct product of their surroundings. You cannot question why someone picked up a way of speech. Of course there are people who sometimes have non-genuine accents, but I don't get why alot of Zambians are so hellbent on questioning people who've lived 20 plus years elsewhere and you expect them to speak the way you speak? This is not only dull but unrealistic.
It’s just jealousy I think😅 Because what you’ve explained should be common sense but no, it’s not.
On point. Before I started travelling out of the country, I thought people used to exaggerate accents. So when I visited the US, I realised folks there couldn't really understand the way I pronounced words until I started pronouncing them they way they did. So that went on and on, and subconsciously, the accent started sticking.
So yeah, I totally understand folks with accents totally. My African and Costa Rican friends said I had an accent. We should just be taking a chill pill, really.
Don't bring people who dodging questions mate
Uumm interesting episode I should say
😅😅😅😅
This episode had potential. She's is a gorgeous woman.
Totally get you
Why did he defend himself about the broke guy thing??? Now it just makes him sus💀💀💀
Let the guests finish their sentences... DAMN! we want to listen. Elson also gives off vibes towards the guests .
Not Me Rushing To The Comments After Hearing Her Say "Ba Wiso Balifwa" 😂😂😂
Vee looks like a sweet soul but the episode didn’t seem to really ask the right questions. Expected more honestly
She's classy ❤
When are you going to have Komba on the podcast?
I couldn't proceed to watch the whole episode and i call myself a big fan😢
The interview wasn't bad 😊
"Ba wiso balifwa"😮

Uncle Elson is influenced by the law of attraction (magnetism)😂
K plus i can recommend a dermatologist who is really good

Tafika kudala
this Elson chap needs some lessons and etiquette in how to do interviews
Te interview iyi boss
This isn’t an interview, it’s a podcast. Interviews are on ZNBC
Memory yaba Vee 💀💀
Thought I was the only one that noticed
Ati ba mbwiso balifwa😂😂😂😂😂😂
Uncle finds a girl😂
This girl just told K Plus that ba wiso balifwa 😂
Elson brings boring guests sometimes mwe 🥴 so what’s the difference between this one and Aunty Milly?

Not every one of those are caged
Fake vibes
Probably lack of guests
Are you sure 🤣 learn to watch south African's podcasts you be amazed by the people they bring a podcast is not a znbc interview they can bring anyone even you if you want nd moreover anyone has a story to tell tht u can learn from if you can't learn from anything from her then I don't know
It you want cooperate guests check other podcasts
@@munya-mumulove1156 true
Suggested by a patron and recording was done within 24 hours, was too fast
@@wellingtonmambwe4588 but it was still good podcasts are like hveing a conversation with a friend not necessarily an interview like most Zambians want it to be awe hve watch several podcasts u really enjoy nd laugh at the discussion
Uncle Elson on this will be 🔥🔥🔥🔥
There’s banter and then there’s blatant disrespect. Elson calling Kalenga’s acne herpes is disrespectful! I often find it hard to watch some of these episodes due to Elson’s inappropriate remarks. For a person who claims to be smart he has zero emotional intelligence.
Go watch something else, I suggest teletubbies. Data is too expensive to watch something that doesn’t serve you
I find him to be childish sometimes.
Find another podcast to watch
Elson is so crass and disgustingly inappropriate. He presents as someone who is addicted to pornography which severely influences how he interacts with women and the type of things that he says.
@@britjj5126😂😂😂😂
I am really sorry but this week’s guest was not ‘Papping’. 😞
Bruh, Elson only knows One bemba word "Napapata!"😅😅
He always gets real quiet when Bemba is being spoken 😂
Have ba matero 😂
So that he stole your equipments
I will buy them from him on a cheaper price 😅😂
El has a certain level of annoyance that comes from a place of arrogance. Sometimes even ignorance.
Guys please stop with the sexual harassment 🙄, its one thing when its all male’s conversations but the lady is uncomfortable. Its inappropriate, naimwe ba kplus joining in today. 😒
Yessss I agree
I think her son is about 18- 20 years, You could have researched about her before the interview
Elson tries too hard it’s a shame ..feel like he dint get much attention when he was young ..maybe you Wer not noticed a lot that you try so hard but it shows ,I cringe for u always😬don’t really like how he tries to make k-plus look stupid like no dude ..thr is a thin line between joking and just being a jerk u look insecure stop it
Lately you guys have been lazy with Thumbnails
Very beautiful woman..
A lady, she was. That's for sure❤
The day you'll have Y celeb on this show, you'll get the most views trust me
🤣🤣🤣
He is a bad brand
K plus 😂 ati ba wiso mmmmm
The lady was too doggy we want Bianca again.
Sadly Unprofessional, let the guest finish their sentence
We want yceleb
The way k plus was holding the ka bottle of fanta so that we don't notice the brand
Them boom 💥 we noticed that even if you tried to best to hide and the bottle of water vee was talking ni V... No doubt 😅
Elson is so rude.
Girl has a nice face
Unka is actually the most pathetic taxi app out there. Every time I’ve booked a ride the driver tells me to cancel bc it’s not worth it or they don’t pick my ride. Focus less on marketing and more on service.
This episode would have been so much nicer if you did it over her doing a person or twos face on set.
Or grooming Elson
ati they are getting their lotion ready🤣🤣🤣🤣
Tafikodala
I dont like her accent.. She's very elusive, she doesnt seem like she is authentic
K plus even leaned forward when she started speaking Bemba true kopala zoona😂😂😂
On the what I'm gonna find I'm guilty 🙈🤣🤣🤣
Elson " crickets, i always tell you, you should be paying attention" 😂 Elson try a comedy role...crazy funny
But uncle Elson awe he is a problem
The girl spoke so good of the British accent❤❤
She's been off the radar. Will wait for this.
Are you here?
Not bad but could be better if she was willing to answer questions.
Wow she is good 🥰😘💯❤️🔥💕
Guests with one word answers are boring. 😢😢😢
Elson freeking propose 😂😂😂😂😂
🤣🤣🤣Elson though, ati use antibiotics.
I was waiting for the trivial part🤧
2/10

Elson was on fire
