    Hey Cole,
I was the drummer on this album. Your insights about the music and Jeffrey are spot on. Couldn't be more flattered that people continue to find the music worth a listen. It's a dark album, for sure. Jeff had a lot of demons but he loved to use "historical" characters to write songs about the American heart of darkness. But you nailed it!
BTW, Preaching Blues is a cover song - Robert Johnson.

Thats amazing Terry! What a wonderful album and your drumming is great! I love thinking about lyrics and what they make me think of… even if my interpretations are totally wrong 🤣. And I had no idea that was a cover… so cool! I only know a few RJ songs at the moment so Ill have to check out his original version. Thanks for the comment it really made my day… I hope all is well with you 🙏🏻

Dude this one album got me started on blues and punk all together. Your drumming is so freaking amazing. Preachin the blues and black train was fantastic. Thank you for your contribution to the blues and music in general.

there's no question this record is immortal and will last centuries. It's mad, I know you two didn't hit it off but the fates have ye tied together in History. It's literally perfect

Good broadcast. Only '?' is the omission of Promise Me, probably the record's most haunting moment (Third track)

Great band; this record gets all the critical attention but I think Miami and Mother Juno are better. There's great songs on all of them though.
