Ik this is old but as a reply (there’s no canon in the scp universe), in many canons almost as many as 1/10 people know about these anomalies and basically 100% of people have experienced an anomaly unless they’re a reality anchor like Dr. Clef. It’s just that most of these anomalies cannot be proven to exist and the internet including all social medias are censored against anomalous information by the scp foundation.(in my canon at least)
