    • @hvaceasymath
      @hvaceasymath  Год назад

      Yes. It’s ASHRAE 62.2-2010. We still use this standard

    Pls tell me which is correct formula..... 1) 0.01 x sqft + 7.5 (Nbd + 1) OR 2) 0.03 x Sqft + 7.5 (Nbd + 1)

    • @hvaceasymath
      @hvaceasymath  2 года назад

      No problem, we mostly use 1) 0.01 x sqft + 7.5 (Nbd + 1) ASHRAE 62.2_2010. The other Fórmula (2) 0.03 sqft + 7.5 (Nbd + 1) is based on ASHRAE_2013 which requires more exhaust cfm than formula 1. So the answer is formula 1 and in some especial cases formula 2

      @@hvaceasymath So which one do we use? I saw in ASHRAE 62.2 - 2010 PDF that they cut out formula 1 and used formula 2.

      We are using formula 1. I haven’t seen so far the implementation of formula 2. In some cases they might be implementing it for whole house ventilation. Below is a link for a good resource of formula 1.
