-Franklin Richards is obviously number one, no second thought about it.
-Damian Wayne is not at all more powerful than X-23...not even close.
-Jon Kent is ranked a little too high.
-Other than that, this list is pretty solid and I've enjoyed it.

Well two of the smartest people on the planet. One being the smartest, is all depends on who writes this stuff but reed richards is already the smartest and Franklin did get the x-gene plus he’s the son of the first family so it’s not like he got it out of no where?

No it's not. This list is in terrible tier level order. How is Speed more POWERFUL than Invincible? Damien Wayne is NOT more powerful than X-23. NO ONE is more powerful than Franklin Richards as far as offspring. That's the ONLY one they HAD to get right.
