During the tribute to artists who have passed on I thought a whole family had died with the last name of OBE. I rushed to look it up and...well now I know it stands for Order of the British Empire. I like the Royal Variety very much. Thanks for posting it so we can enjoy it across the pond.

What a brilliant opening comic host stand up routine with our best comedian which in 2020 is very rare as comedy needs to be for all the family not just adults which we are seriously lacking here in Lockdown Uk 🤔 Only 4 comedians come to mind that are only suited for families now on the TV Michael McIntyre Tim Vine Harry Hill and now the best Jason Manford who a all round entertainer
RIP to all those who have left us in 2020.

Couldn't you have taken the sound off for Michael Ball? He's a nice bloke, but no singer, his "singing" is just talking really.

You either haven’t seen his tremendous performances in Les Miserables, Phantom of the Opera, Sweeney Todd, Hairspray, Sunset Blvd etc etc - or you’re tone deaf.
@@melodramaboy not remotely tone-deaf, fanboy. I enjoy plenty of operatic and classical artists but, pleasant as the guy is, most of his performances are unremarkable and are really just him "talking loudly to the tune". Hey, we can't all like the same stuff, so don't let it upset you.

One of my mates was one of the drummers, everyone wore masks, we all stayed separate apart from performance bubbles, there was a virtual audience and when we only didn’t wear masks when we were on stage. Don’t chat shit
Everyone on set is wearing masks except when they are actually performing. Might want to look “backstage” for any show/movie
