Does he need to be awakened? Defensively yes, offensively it helps a good bit
Is he going to be a good defender? I think he will, only time will tell
What relic is best? My stream chat told me Green Goblin, and it's what i'm working with
What stat focus? (If you got the 7*) Probably physical resist on attack, since basic and special hits themselves don't really matter, and block penetration on defense

I’m glad That I am not the only one who experienced the special2 whiff he is really fun to use. I think they should bump his numbers up a little bit. I really like his kit, he might be better with all of the color tech bonuses, but that is a lot of mastery for one champion I mean if Kate can do 2k+ a tick for 1 coldsnsp he can do a little more damage just on the debuffs he can still get rebalanced hopefully

He is worth to have as a defender, but is he worth 100$+ ? I wouldnt say, untill you compete at highest ranks in BG. But still, he is a CGR food, and other meta cosmics do well against him too.
