I wouldn't bother to change the transfer roller unless the print quality is poor. You need to squeeze in two plastic clips at each end of the roller. The roller then springs up a little and can be removed. The spring at the right side of the roller is not fixed and can become dislodged. It sits on a plastic post that you can't see. Make sure to fit the new left hand bush on the new roller the correct way round. It's easy enough after you've done it a few times but can be a little fiddly the first time.
@@garylacey7435, underneath the printer. I am getting a replace maintenance kit error and a load paper error when paper is loaded. I cleaned them and it seems to work a bit better but i think the rollers still need replaced. and im not sure about the maintenance kit error

Yes, it's not the quickest or easiest fuser to replace.

Hi Danielle, is it for the multi purpose pickup roller on the front of the printer or the cassette tray pick up rollers underneath the printer.
