Just bought this kit at Lowe's, on clearance for $112.00 minus my 10% military discount. I've always bought Craftsman but this gun metal finish is new to me. I'm sure I'm gonna love using it.
I just got my set at Lowe’s for $134.00 This means that I paid $.47cents per piece. Tool quality is way better than China made. Taiwan makes better quality tools. For the price I am very satisfied 👍🏻.
This is one of the best Complete socket set I have ever seen Craftsman produce. No skips and each deep and standard match, 1 for 1. They even give you both 4.5 and 5.5. And then they go and discontinue it…

I think the tape is color coded for the factory workers. So, they can easily pack the boxes without getting confused.
