@@seboy5483 no hes current passive is fine. It's just the fear should be reduced cause in teamfights his fear takes so long. Edit: well I like to reduce his fear passive time BUT the fear duration will still take like 2.5 seconds when he use his ult since he relies on fearing enemies and ult.

Pls just pls after the 10th or 15 minute mark change the ward to oracle so if you ult you will fear enemies fear wont work when they have vision on you
@@Exter98 nah, bro, I just got all of us confused. There's Mejai Soulstealer (item he rushed) and Awakened Soulstealer. My point was about Awakened Soulstealer that reduces cooldowns of abilities. Mejai is extremely situational and there are games where you can't really buy it
