I've been with Mous since kickstarter and since I have owned my first case back then, I only buy Mous cases for all my new devices going forward. I also own a MBP sleeve case and its awesome.
I bought my first Mous case in 2018 for my iPhoneXR. They really are great cases. I’m looking to buy an iPhone15 this year and upgrading - wouldn’t buy a case from any other company. They got it locked down.
love my 13 Pro Limitless 4.0 case, still looks 80% new for 2 years of use, this is my first case that survived that long, i hope on 15 Pro, Mous would still be my case
Mine fell apart in 8 months. Got a free replacement and after just one week the case feels loose like the frame is slowly detaching itself from the rest of the case. What could cause this can only be pulling my phone out of the pocket.

Would welcome more vibrant colours to align with Apple's offer of silicone cases. Have had a mous case for iPhone 8 for 4 years. Have dropped the phone only a couple of times from pocket height, but love that I know that my phone has protection and won't be damaged. Edited to add...Having looked at the video a few times, I think the lighting sometimes suggests the Forest Green case is more vibrant than at other times, when it looks more earthy. I would describe it as earthy.

My Mous Clarity case for an iPhone 12 had the side split problem less than 12 months after I got it. What took me by surprise when I reached out to the Mous team was they immediately sent me a free replacement - no questions asked. Major respect for these guys. 🫡 Kudos to the team for solving the problem!

Just brought the Limitless 5.0 for my 15PM and it’s amazing, last Mous case I owned was 2.0 and this is miles ahead in terms of build quality and premium materials

I only have a nitpick, no need for multiple branding. I may black out the “M” or just black out both. Too much branding can kill a product.
Totally worth the money. The problem is they are not shipping to India. This has been the case for past 4+ years i have to wait for someone else to buy them and bring it back to me.

how drop resistant on your clarity 2.0 cases? for 100$ CAD I would hope it's good. I just bought one, however, I seen some comments of your own comments saying it's for mishaps and not for extreme drops. If that's the case, I may consider returning the one i ordered for something a bit more shock protective. Ive had terrible drops before, and I dont see them stopping anytime soon lol.

Been using other cases with stronger magnets and never had an issue. I won’t buy your cases simply because the magnets are weak. You simply can’t use it with a MagSafe car holder.
I’m having prob to choose bwt limitless 5.0 and clarity 2.0. Do they have same protection quality, shock absorb, ultra material? I kinda like Fraser art but gonna put safety as my first priority. Any help?

I don't understand the lifetime warranty. It says it lasts for 25 years but it doesn't cover drops and falls, extreme temperature, yellowing. WHAT DOES IT COVER???

I loved the case up to limitless 3. But I never saw much improvement for MagSafe magnets. Most of my accessories did not stick too well. It appears you guys improved it from this demo. Can you upload a video showing how well MagSafe accessories hold onto the case?

This is the style of video that should be in your marketing. A thorough breakdown of the features and improvements from previous models. The “drop test” ads are fairly tiresome and obnoxious. They certainly dont give the impression of a luxury brand which i think mous is for the phone case market. Please consider at least adding these kinds of videos to the lineup.
Hey Steve! Because of the size of the iPhone 15 cameras, particularly the Pro Models, it’s very difficult for cases to cover the cameras. However, Apple has made them with a sapphire crystal lens cover so this shouldn’t be a problem! Even so, our cases will provide a little extra peace of mind - all of our iPhone 15 cases provide 0.5mm of clearance between your camera and a flat surface. For some of our cases, this camera bump is only on two sides - this is because we’ve researched extensively and found that these are the angles you’re most likely to hit your camera from when you drop your phone. This means that you’re not very likely to knock your camera and, if you do, Apple’s native design has you covered.

Are these cases compatible with screen protectors? There’s less of a gap now around the edges I’ve heard.
Every one except the thin case works fine with glass screen protectors. With the thin the screen protector is higher than the lip of the case

This is the style of video that should be in your marketing. A thorough breakdown of the features and improvements from previous models. The “drop test” ads are fairly tiresome and obnoxious. They certainly dont give the impression of a luxury brand which i think mous is for the phone case market. Please consider at least adding these kinds of videos to the lineup.
